My first introduction to Real Estate began in 1981, my family needed to move up to a larger house and I thought for our benefit we needed to have more knowledge about Real Estate. I enrolled and completed the beginning Real Estate course. I was at that time in the wholesale grocery business, so I did not practice Real Estate. In 1995, when I was no longer in the grocery business, I enrolled and completed Real Estate Appraisal study and became an Oklahoma state licensed appraiser. This caused an opportunity for me in 2000 to become an Oklahoma licensed loan originator and the next natural step, in my opinion, was to become a Realtor which I did in 2004. I only wish I had started Real Estate in 1981, because I really enjoy working with my clients (friends) and feel I make a positive contribution to their real estate experience due to my knowledge in all three and their relationship to each other I can bring a lot of help, regardless of which task I am engaged to do.
